Conceive positive emotions when you are anxious or something is bothering you. Positive emotions influence your mind in a healthy way. You will be less stressful; much more collected and feel more at ease. Generate the following emotion when you are in a worrisome situation:



  1. Be happy: Make the right choice; be cheerful instead of feeling down and out. When you are happy you look at the sunny side of things.


  1. Be positive: Your positive mindset will focus your mind on the bright side of a situation. The outlook, after all, may not be as troublesome as you have thought initially.
